热处理对激光选区熔化钛合金组织和力学性能影响 被引量:3

Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of laser deposited titanium alloys

摘要 本文对不同热处理制度下,激光选区熔化TC4进行了研究,结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,组织中的α相呈上升趋势,相含量并无明显变化;沉积钛试棒在650℃保温3h、炉冷的热处理工艺下的试棒的力学性能最好,其抗拉强度为1194MPa,断后伸长率为11%。 In this paper,the laser deposition of TC4 under different heat treatment systems was studied.The results showed that with the increase of annealing temperature,the alpha phase in the tissue showed an upward trend,but the phase content did not change significantly;The mechanical properties of the deposited titanium specimens are the best under the heat treatment of 650℃for 3 hours and furnace cooling.The tensile strength is 1194mpa,and the elongation after fracture is 11%.
