摘要 基于超临界CO2放空理论分析和试验验证,研究了放空管道内介质压力和温度、泄放区域温度变化规律,结果表明:在超临界CO2放空过程中,放空管道内的压力在阀门开启后快速上升,上升幅度则随着与放空口距离变小而降低;同时放空管上所有测点温度开始下降,越接近放空口则温降更明显。放空区域内温度在放空开始后急剧下降,达到最低温度后开始逐渐上升;距离放空口越近,温度值降低越低。基于研究结果,提供了合理的超临界CO2放空装置设计方案,为放空装置设计的工艺、材质和结构选择等提供依据。 Based on theoretical analysis and experimental verification during supercritical CO2 venting,the pressure and temperature variation rules of the medium inside the venting pipe and temperature in the discharge area during the venting process were studied.The results show that during the venting process of supercritical CO2,the pressure inside the venting pipe quickly rose after the valve was opened,and the rise amplitude decreased with the decrease of distance between it and the orifice.At the same time,the temperatures of all the measuring points inside the venting pipe began to decrease,and the temperature drop amplitude became significant when the measuring points were closer to the orifice.The temperature dropped sharply at the beginning of venting and rose gradually after reaching the lowest temperature,and the closer to the vent the measuring point,the lower the temperature value.Based on the research results,the reasonable design scheme of supercritical CO2 venting device was provided,which provides a basis for the process,material and structure selection in the venting device design.
