摘要
以2,4-二氨基-[N,N’-二(4’-对氨基苄基苯)]-6-苯基-1,3,5-三嗪为二胺原料,分别与不同的二酐按照一定物质的量之比反应,制备一系列聚酰亚胺模塑粉。通过红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪和X射线衍射仪分别对样品的结构、热性能和结晶状态进行了表征。结果表明,聚酰亚胺模塑粉已亚胺化完全,具有较低的玻璃化转变温度及热稳定性,在2θ=18.5°处出现弥散峰,为无定形状态。
A series of polyimide molding powders were successfully prepared by using 2,4-diamino-[N,N’-bis( 4’-paminobenzyl phenyl) ]-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine as raw material to react with different dianhydride according to various ratios of the amount of substance.The structure,thermal property and crystal state of the samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffractometry,respectively.The results show that the polyimide molding powder has been imidized completely with low glass transition temperature and thermal stability.A dispersion peak appears at 2θ= 18.5°,which is an amorphous state.
