摘要
目的本次研究就临床消化道早期癌前病变患者运用内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗的效果,以及患者治疗后开展的护理干预措施进行探究。方法研究时间段为2018年8月至2019年8月,研究样本主要采集自山东省泰安市中心医院接收的消化道早期癌前病变患者,样本采集数量为66例,对患者进行随机分组,综合组患者运用综合护理干预,常规组患者运用常规护理干预。结果综合组患者的并发症总发生率低于常规组,且综合组患者的住院时间与住院费用均少于常规组,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道早期癌前病变患者在ESD术后接受综合护理,可有效预防并发症的出现。
Objective this study explored the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal dissection in patients with early precancerous lesions of digestive tract and the nursing mteivennon measures after treatment. Methods The study peiiod was noui August 2018 to August 2019.The study samples were mainly collected from 66 patients with early precancerous lesions of digestive tract admitted by the hospital.The patients were gr ouped according to die difference of nursing mtervention.Results The overall incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group.and die hospitalization tune and hospitalization expenses were lower in the comprehensive group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with early precancerous lesions of digestive tr act after ESD can effectively prevent complications.
