摘要
近年来,我国经济发展速度不断加快,对于人才的需求量也大幅度提升,人才在经济建设中发挥着更加重要的作用。在这一背景下,人力资源管理已经成为经济发展中的重要工作之一,会对区域经济发展产生积极的影响。因此,人力资源管理与区域经济发展存在的密切的联系,只有明确二者之间的关系,才能制定科学合理的经济发展策略,促进区域经济的发展。本文将对人力资源管理与区域经济发展的关系进行分析,探讨如何通过人力资源管理促进区域经济的发展。
In recent years,China's economic development has continued to accelerate,and the demand for talents has also increased significantly.Talents have played a more important role in economic construction.In this context,human resource management has become one of the important tasks in economic development and will have a positive impact on regional economic development.Therefore,there is a close relationship between human resource management and regional economic development.Only by clarifying the relationship between the two can we formulate a scientific and reasonable economic development strategy and promote regional economic development.This article will analyze the relationship between human resource management and regional economic development,and explore how to promote regional economic development through human resource management.
