基于二维分形与弹性理论的表面接触形变

摘要 两接触导体的接触面积影响了其导电性能,对2个接触表面施加负载,可以增大其接触面积,从而提高它们的导电性能。为了研究两接触表面外加载荷和接触面积的关系,从研究接触表面的单对微凸体出发,基于二维分形理论与弹性理论,建立了微凸体接触载荷与接触面积关系的力学模型;通过对微凸体表面进行有限元仿真分析,研究接触载荷、接触面积、微凸体变形量与时间的关系,得到单对微凸体接触载荷与接触面积的关系曲线。所建模型的计算结果与仿真曲线的变化趋势一致,验证了该模型的有效性,对研究两接触导体的导电性具有一定的理论意义。 The contact area of the two contact conductors affects their electrical conductivity. Applying a load to the two contact surfaces can increase their contact area, thereby improving their electrical conductivity. In order to study the relationship between the applied load and the contact area of the two contact surfaces, the mechanical model of the relationship between the contact load and the contact area of the micro-convex body is established based on the two-dimensional fractal theory and the elastic theory. Through the finite element simulation analysis of the micro-convex surface, the relationship among contact load, contact area, micro-convex deformation and time is studied, and the relationship between contact load and contact area of single-pair micro-convex body is obtained. The calculated results of the model are consistent with the variation trend of simulated model and the validity of the model is verified, providing certain theoretical significance for the conductivity of the two contact conductors.
