摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种常见病、多发病,滑膜炎是其最基本的病理改变,该病如不规范治疗,最终导致骨质破坏、关节畸形、功能丧失甚至致残,无论对患者和社会都是严重的负担。中医外治法对于类风湿关节炎滑膜炎的治疗有独特的优势及发展潜力,被越来越多的临床工作者及患者所接受,以敦煌医学为代表的敦煌消定膏在类风湿关节炎滑膜炎治疗中发挥了重大的作用,疗效确切,值得临床应用。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease.Synovitis is the most basic pathological change of rheumatoid arthritis.If the disease is not treated regularly,it will eventually lead to bone destruction,joint deformity,functional loss or even disability,which is a serious burden to patients and society.External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages and development potential for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis synovitis.It has been accepted by more and more clinical workers and patients.Dunhuang Xiaoding ointment,represented by Dunhuang medicine,has played an important role in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis synovitis.It has definite curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
