摘要
开关电源以其轻小高效的特点应用越来越广,在目前的直流电源中占据统治地位。以Buck电路实现降压型DC/DC变换,以TI公司的同步降压集成控制芯片LM5117为控制核心,配以通态电阻极低的MOS管为功率开关器件实现同步整流。实验结果表明,设计的降压型开关电源,输入电压为13V^18V,输出电压稳定在5V,功率不小于16W,效率在86%以上,纹波电压小于50mV。
Switching power supply is more and more widely used because of its small size and high efficiency.It occupies a dominant position in the current DC power supply.Buck circuit to realize step-down DC/DC conversion,TI’s synchronous buck integrated control chip LM5117 is used as the control core,and MOS transistor with very low on-state resistance is used as power switch device to realize synchronous rectification.The experimental results show that the designed step-down switching power supply is stable at the input voltage of 13V^18V and the output voltage is 5V,the power is not less than 16W,the efficiency is over 86%,and the ripple voltage is less than 50mV.
