摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在提高POCT血糖仪检测结果准确性中的应用。方法运用PDCA循环法对POCT血糖仪检测结果不稳定和原因进行分析,由医疗业务部、护理部、设备科和检验科共同成立整改小组,制定整改计划,分别组织宣传、操作培训、定期综合评价等方式进行改进,并对持续监管巡查,评估改进效果,发现存在问题后进入下一个PDCA循环。结果通过采用PDCA循环法持续改进,制订了统一的POCT血糖仪标准操作规程,比对试验通过率提升至100.0%。结论PDCA循环法可有效提高POCT血糖仪检测结果准确性保障医疗质量;在医疗质量改进过程中,深入的原因分析、多部门团结协作、全员重视和参与是有效改进的关键。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA circulation method in improving the accuracy of POCT blood glucose meter detection results.Methods PDCA cycle method was used to analyze the instability and causes of POCT blood glucose meter test.The medical business department,nursing department,equipment department and laboratory department jointly set up a rectification team to formulate rectification plan,organize propaganda,operation training and regular synthesis.Evaluation and other methods to improve,and continue to monitor the inspection,evaluate the improvement effect,and find the problem to enter the next PDCA cycle.Results Through the continuous improvement of the PDCA cycle method,a standard operating procedure for the POCT blood glucose meter was developed,and the pass rate of the comparison test was increased to 100.0%.Conclusion PDCA circulation method can effectively improve the accuracy of POCT blood glucose meter detection and ensure medical quality.In the process of medical quality improvement,in-depth analysis of factors,multi-sectoral unity and cooperation,and full attention and participation are the key to effective improvement.
