摘要
使用严重程度评分对社区获得性肺炎(CAP)进行分期已经成为医生治疗该种疾病的必要方法。虽然已有几种成人社区获得性肺炎预后评分系统,但可用于儿童的很少。最近在低收入、中等收入和高收入国家都建立了评估儿童肺炎的评分系统,系统中包含适合评估儿童情况的因素。尽管在目前研究看,所制定的评分系统有良好的区别能力,但由于患者的特征、所在当地的流行病学、社会条件的不同使其不能互相适用。在我国儿童重症肺炎的研究中,PEWS评分被广为应用,但PEWS并非为针对儿童CAP病情严重程度的评分系统。因此未来需要应用更多的前瞻性研究,来制定更符合各个地区情况的儿童CAP严重程度评分系统。
Objective The use of severity scores to stage community acquired pneumonia(CAP)has become a necessity for doctors to treat this disease.Although there are several adult community-acquired pneumonia prognostic scoring systems,the availability of children is small.A scoring system for assessing childhood pneumonia has recently been established in low-income,middle-income and high-income countries,and the system includes factors that are appropriate for assessing the situation of children.Although the current scoring system has a good distinguishing ability in the current study,it cannot be applied to each other due to the characteristics of the patient,the local epidemiology,and social conditions.In the study of children with severe pneumonia in China,the PEWS score is widely used,but PEWS is not a scoring system for the severity of CAP in children.Therefore,more forward-looking research is needed in the future to develop a child CAP severity scoring system that is more in line with each region.
