摘要
党建工作是中国特色现代企业形态的重要组成部分,理解以民营企业为代表的非公企业党建工作,应该回到人的本质特征以及现代企业的本质规定上,并从现代企业形态在中国发展的逻辑角度出发去把握。实现党建工作与以民营企业为代表的非公企业有机融合,推动以民营企业为代表的非公企业健康发展与承担起现代文明建构的相应责任,成为推动中国特色现代企业形态发展与定型的关键所在。党建工作能够推动企业内部机体建设和外部生态营造。在这一过程中,从价值维度来看,党建工作推动了民营企业境界进阶,促进了民营企业文化发展。从制度维度来看,党建工作推动了企业内外关系连接的中国特色制度体系建构。从组织维度来看,党建工作推动了企业组织结构创新,形成了具有中国特色的企业组织形态。
Logicogic,Space and Mechanism:Party construction is an important part of modernenterprises with Chinese characteristics.To understand the party construction in non-public enterprises represented by private ones,we should return to theessential characteristics of human beings and the essential provisions of modern enterprises,and grasp them from the logical perspective of the development ofthe forms of modern enterprises in China.The key to promoting the development and finalization of modern enterprise forms with Chinese characteristics lies inrealizing the organic integration of party construction and non-public enterprises represented by private ones and facilitating the sound development of thelatter and their assuming the corresponding responsibility of modern civilization construction.Party construction can promote the internal systematicconstruction and the external ecological construction of the enterprises.From the perspective of value,the party construction in this process has promoted thelevel of private enterprises and their cultural development.As for institution,the construction promotes the construction of the system with Chinesecharacteristics for the internal and external relations of enterprises.In terms of the organizational dimension,the work promotes the innovation in enterpriseorganizational structure and forms the enterprise organizational form with Chinese characteristics.
