摘要
基于电化学溶解与机械磨削的复合作用对工件材料大余量去除的技术上,提出了针对航空铝合金的电解铣磨加工方法。试验研究表明:与电解铣削加工相比,电解铣磨加工可获得更高的加工速度,材料去除率从160.64 mm^3/min提升至192.58 mm^3/min,侧面平整度从434.1μm减至274.1μm,底面平整度从1154.1μm降至610.5μm。此外,在电解铣磨精密加工阶段后,侧面平整度的数值从274.1μm进一步降至77.4μm,表面粗糙度从Ra1.373μm减至Ra0.539μm。
Based on combination of electrochemical dissolution and mechanical grinding on large allowance for workpiece material,the article proposes a removal method of aviation aluminum alloy by using electrochemical mill-grinding(ECMG).The experiment results indicate that,compared with electrochemical milling,a higher feed rate can be achieved in ECMG,which leads to an increase of removal rate from 160.64 mm^3/min to 192.58 mm^3/min,and reduction in the sidewall flatness and the bottom flatness from 434.1μm to 274.1μm and from 1154.1μm to 610.5μm,respectively.In addition,after the finish machining stage with ECMG,the sidewall flatness and the surface roughness decrease from 274.1μm to 77.4μm and from Ra1.373μm to Ra0.539μm,respectively.
