摘要
目的:探讨个案管理联合基于微信平台的延续护理在喉癌术后患者的效果。方法:选取2014年2月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例喉癌术后患者,随机分成两组。对照组(30例)给予常规护理模式,观察组(30例)给予个案管理联合基于微信平台的延续护理。比较两组干预前及出院2个月后Herth中文版量表(HHI)、自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)、生活质量量表(QLICP-HN)、焦虑状态量表(SAS)及抑郁状态量表(SDS)评分和出院2个月后气切口分泌物细菌感染率。结果:干预前两组HHI、ESCA、QLICP-HN、SAS及SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察者各项评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组出院2个月后气切口分泌物细菌感染10例(33.33%),观察组1例(3.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.017,P=0.003)。结论:应用个案管理联合基于微信平台的延续护理,能够有效提高喉癌术后患者希望水平、自我护理能力和生活质量,降低其焦虑抑郁情绪。
Objective:To explore the effect of case management combined with continuous nursing based on Wechat platform on patients with laryngeal cancer after operation.Method:Sixty patients with laryngeal cancer who were treated from February 2014 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group(30 cases)was given case management combined with continuous nursing based on Wechat platform.The Herth Hope Index(HHI),Exercise of Self-care Agnecy scale(ESCA),Quality of Life instruments for cancer-patients-head and neck cancer(QLICP-HN),Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score were compared between the two groups before intervention and 2 months after discharge from hospital.The bacterial infection rate of air incision secretion after discharge for 2 months was compared.Result:There was no significant difference in HHI,ESCA,QLICP-HN,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after intervention,the scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Case management combined with continuous nursing based on Wechat platform can effectively improve the hope level,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation,and reduce their anxiety and depression.
