摘要
弱势群体处于文化信息链的贫困端,是公共文化服务均等化的重点保障人群,是文化扶贫攻坚的主要帮扶对象。本文选取贫困地区的基层群众及残疾人读者两类群体为研究对象,结合山西省图书馆的文化扶贫实践,分别从阅读推广标准化建设、建立弱势群体数据库、挖掘群体文化特点三个方面提出了保障弱势群体阅读权益,促进图书馆公共文化服务均等化的实现路径。
Social vulnerable groups are at the poor end of the cultural information chain,which is the key guarantee group for the equalization of public cultural services and the main object of cultural poverty alleviation. This article selects the grassroots and the disabled in the poor areas as the research object,combines with the practice of Shanxi Library culture poverty alleviation,puts forward realization ways to guarantee reading rights of vulnerable groups and to improve library public culture service equalization through three aspects: reading promotion standardized construction,constructing vulnerable groups database and mining group culture.
