摘要
目的:分析麻醉复苏室患者睡眠障碍原因及探讨护理方法。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年5月厦门市儿童医院收治的麻醉复苏室睡眠障碍患者150例作为研究对象,分析睡眠障碍原因和主要护理方式。结果:分析可知睡眠障碍患者主要症状为:频繁易醒、早醒再次入睡困难、未睡;引发睡眠障碍的主要原因为:体位不适、患处疼痛、尿频、尿急腹胀、环境影响、心理因素等。结论:为麻醉复苏期患者进行睡眠障碍分析时可提出针对性干预措施,最大程度消除睡眠障碍,改善睡眠质量,有临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the causes of sleep disturbance in anaesthesia resuscitation room and explore nursing methods.Methods:A total of 150 patients with sleep disorders in anaesthesia resuscitation room admitted to xiamen children′s hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects,and the causes of sleep disorders and main nursing methods were analyzed.Results:the analysis showed that the main symptoms of patients with sleep disorders were:frequent and easy to wake up,early waking difficulty in falling asleep again,and no sleep;The main causes of sleep disorders are:body position discomfort,pain,frequent urination,urination distension,environmental influence,psychological factors,etc.Conclusion:in order to eliminate the sleep disorder and improve the sleep quality,specific intervention measures can be put forward in the analysis of sleep disorder for patients in the recovery period of anesthesia,which has clinical application value.
