摘要
本研究的目的在于设计并构建一种基于大数据技术和循证决策理念的政府决策支持系统,为政府公共服务决策提供支持和辅助。系统采用了Hadoop的大数据技术和Spark数据分析技术,运用NoSQL构建数据库,设计系统管理、决策数据采集、决策管理、决策监督评估几大模块。通过系统的设计和应用,为证据采集、决策制定和评估提供辅助。基于大数据技术和循证决策的决策支持系统能够满足政府的科学决策需求,为政府决策和公共管理的高效化、科学化提供保障。
The purpose of this research is to design and build a government decision support system based on big data technology and evidence-based decision-making concept to provide support and assistance for government public service decision-making. The system uses the big data technology of Hadoop and Spark data analysis technology, uses NoSQL to build a database, and design modules of system management, decision data collection, decision management, decision-making supervision and evaluation. Provide assistance for evidence collection, decision making and evaluation through the design and application of the system. The decision support system based on big data technology and evidence-based decision-making can meet the government’s scientific decision-making needs and provide guarantee for the efficient and scientific decision-making of government and public management.
