摘要
社区社会组织对于促进非户籍常住人口的社会融入发挥重要作用。本文以Z市S社区作为典型个案,探讨不同类型的社区社会组织对于非户籍常住人口社会融入的具体作用路径。本研究认为,非正式社区社会组织通过增加社会资本、提升认同感等介入路径促进了非户籍常住人口的社会融入。正式社区社会组织在提供无差别服务、链接社会资源以及培育非户籍常住人口自发成立的组织方面发挥促进社会融入的平台和中介作用。这两条自下而上与自上而下的作用路径既互相独立又彼此联系,呈现出一种共赢的局面。因此,在加强建设各种社区社会组织的前提下,提升它们的组织能力和专业服务能力成为发挥其促进非户籍常住人口社会融入的重中之重。
Community social organizations play important roles for improving non-hukou permanent residents social integration in cities.Taking Community S in the City Z as a typical case,this paper explores channels through which different types of community social organizations play roles.This study finds out that,on the one hand,through adding social capital and enhancing identity the informal community social organizations help non-hukou residents integration.On the other hand,through providing non-differentiated service,connecting social resources,and cultivating self-organizations by non-hukou residents,formal social organizations play roles for non-hukou permanent residents social integration.These two channels,one from below and another from above,are independent and connected at the same time.They work for win-win results to each other.In the background of building diverse community social organization,giving emphasis on these organizations management ability and professional skills is crucial for their role-playing in promoting non-hukou residents social integration.
