摘要
目的分析四黄水蜜外敷结合中医护理对急性胆囊炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将2016年3月-2018年3月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的86例急性胆囊炎患者作为试验对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照、研究组,且2组各选入43例,2组患者均给予四黄水蜜外敷治疗,在此基础上对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予中医护理干预,对比2组患者的护理疗效、生活质量评分、治疗依存性、疼痛评分、并发症发生率。结果治疗前,与对照组比较,研究组患者的生活质量评分及疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组患者的生活质量评分明显提高,治疗依从性(95.35%)明显提升,护理疗效(97.67%)升高,并发症发生率(4.65%)降低,P<0.05。结论针对急性胆囊炎患者给予四黄水蜜外敷结合中医护理干预,可明显提升患者的护理疗效及治疗依存性,改善其生活质量,缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率,临床借鉴价值高。
Objective To analyze the effect of external application of w ater-honeyed Sihuang combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the quality of life of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods 86 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control and study groups according to the order of admission, and 43 patients in each group were selected. All patients were given external application of Sihuang Shuimi. On this basis, the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The study group was given Chinese medicine nursing intervention. The nursing efficacy, quality of life score, treatment dependence, pain score and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in quality of life score and pain score between the study group and the control group(P >0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the quality of life score of the study group was significantly improved, and the pain score was decreased(P <0.05). Compared with the control group(81.36%), the treatment dependence of the study group(95.34%) was significantly improved. Compared with the control group(81.39 %), the nursing effect of the study group(97.67%) increased. The complication rate(4.65%) in the study group was lower than that in the control group(23.25%)(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute cholecystitis, the application of external application of water-honeyed Sihuang combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly improve the patient ’s care efficacy and treatment dependence,improve their quality of life, relieve pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and have high clinical reference value.
