摘要
近年来在目前政府工程中,政府与社会资本合作模式PPP模式得到了广泛的应用,是我国社会基础设施建设的重要合作模式,对推进我国社会经济发展具有重要意义。本文阐述了PPP模式的历史发展与现状,总结了我国PPP的发展阶段,对近年来我国PPP项目库入库项目进行了综合分析,概括了PPP模式的特征,并结合我国实际国情总结了我国推行PPP模式意义以及未来发展趋势。
In recent years,in the current government projects,the PPP mode of cooperation between the government and social capital has been widely used.It is an important cooperation mode of social infrastructure construction in China,and it is of great significance to promote the social and economic development in China.It is of great significance to carry out PPP mode in China.This paper expounds the historical development and current situation of PPP mode,summarizes the development stage of PPP in China,makes a comprehensive analysis of PPP project warehousing projects in recent years,summarizes the characteristics of PPP mode,and summarizes the significance and future development trend of implementing PPP mode in China based on the actual situation of China.
