竹材液化树脂发泡墙体材料的疏水改性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高竹材液化产物制备高轻发泡墙体材料的防水性能,分别采用添加疏水剂和表面涂布疏水涂料的方式进行疏水处理,并评价疏水剂种类及其添加量对发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明,在试样制备过程中添加疏水剂,材料的压缩强度和疏水性能均可得到改善,添加3%的KH-550或5%的KH-560时,材料的疏水性达到疏水水平,压缩强度达到LY/T 2484-2015的要求;表面涂布疏水涂料对材料压缩强度无影响,其疏水性接近超疏水水平。 In order to improve waterproof performance of foamed wall materials made of liquefied bamboo resins,hydrophobic agents were selected to treat foamed wall materials by blending with other reagents during reaction process or spraying on material surfaces.Effects of the hydrophobic agents and their usage on properties of the material samples were evaluated.The results showed that compressive strength and hydrophobic performance of the samples were both improved by blending the hydrophobic agents with other reagents during the reaction process.When 3%of y-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH-550)or 5%of y-(2,3-epoxy propoxy)propyl trimethoxysilane(KH-560)were used,the hydrophobicity of the samples reached the hydrophobic level and the compression strength met the requirements of LY/T 2484-2015 General technical requirements of liqufied bamboo foamed composites.When the hydrophobic agents were sprayed on the surfaces of the samples,the hydrophobicity of the samples could reach to super-hydrophobic level with little effect on the compressive strength.
