摘要
介绍875/65R29低断面无内胎工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1868 mm,断面宽868 mm,行驶面宽度810 mm,行驶面弧度高40 mm,胎圈着合直径728 mm,胎圈着合宽度723.9 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.84,采用E-3块状花纹,花纹深度49 mm,花纹饱和度59.5%,花纹周节数28。施工设计:采用胎面胶和基部胶缠绕工艺,带束层采用两翼式结构,1#带束层采用3+9+15×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线,2#—4#带束层采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,5#带束层采用4×6×0.25HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,采用三段二次法成型机成型、机械式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能和TKPH值均达到设计和相关标准要求。
The design on 875/65R29 low profile tubeless off-the-road radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1868 mm,cross-sectional width 868 mm,width of running surface 810 mm,arc height of running surface 40 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 728 mm,bead width at rim seat 723.9 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)0.84,using E-3 block tread pattern,pattern depth 49 mm,block/total ratio 59.5%,and number of pattern pitches 28.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:winding process for tread compound and base compound,two-wing structure for belt,3+9+15×0.225+0.15HT steel cord for 1#belt,7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 2#—4#belt,4×6×0.25HE steel cord for 5#belt,7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using three stage building machine to build tires,and mechaincal vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tires showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,durability and TKPH values met the requirements of the design and related standards.
