摘要
介绍使用双塔式干燥器的城轨列车风源系统的主要结构和工作原理。优化风源系统电气控制原理方案,提出风源系统相关故障的诊断逻辑,实现"空压机控制异常"、"空压机供电异常"、"空压机故障"和"干燥器故障"的实时自动检测功能。
This artical introduces the main structure and operating principle of air supply system for urban rail vehicle which used twin-tower dryer,optimizes electrical control principle proposal of air supply system and raised the diagnosis logic of air supply system related failure,which can realize the real-time auto detection function of"compressor control abnormal","compressor power supply abnormal","compressor failure"and"dryer failure".
