摘要
以苏州市某生活垃圾填埋场工程项目“三同时”竣工环保验收监测为例,简述项目概况、污染来源以及环境治理措施、评价标准、监测方案、监测结论等。结合“三同时”验收监测工作中实际情况,对该工程项目资料收集、现场踏勘、验收范围、超标数据判断等难点问题进行分析,并提出解决思路。
Taking the acceptance monitoring of the second phase of a municipal solid waste landfill project in Suzhou as an example,the project overview,pollution sources and environmental control measures,evaluation criteria,monitoring plan,and acceptance conclusions are briefly described.Combined with the actual situation in the acceptance monitoring work,this paper analyzes the difficult problems such as data collection,site survey,acceptance scope,and over-standard data judgment of the second-phase project,and proposes solutions.
