摘要
〕实施乡村振兴战略是破解城乡发展不平衡和乡村发展不充分与人民对美好生活向往的社会主要矛盾的重大举措。党的十九大以来,习近平总书记在多个场合对新时代乡村振兴的关键问题作出重要论述和重要指示,其乡村振兴战略思想源自中国乡村建设理论与实践、精准扶贫工作思想及小康社会愿景,内涵丰富、博大精深、指导性极强,承前启后,继往开来,既源于实践又指导实践,是新时代“三农”工作的重大理论创新。加强对习近平新时代乡村振兴战略思想的脉络、逻辑与方法等研究,对于深刻领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,指导乡村振兴战略实践具有重要的现实价值。
The implementation of rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to solve the main contradiction between the people’s yearning for a better life and the imbalance of urban and rural development and the inadequate rural development.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee,has made important instructions on the key issues of rural revitalization in the new era on many occasions.His thought,coming from theory and practice of rural construction in China,the idea of precise poverty alleviation and the vision of a well-off society,has rich and deep connotations and strong guidance and is an important theoretical innovation in the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in the new era.Strengthening the research on the system,logic and methods of Xi Jinping’s new rural revitalization strategy in the new era is of great practical value for deeply understanding his socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and guiding the strategy of rural revitalization.
