摘要
教师是完成高校学科建设和人才培养等中心工作的核心力量,基层教师党支部是党在高校的一线战斗堡垒。当前,高校基层教师党支部发展建设中的主要问题表现在:(1)支部班子建设缺乏活力和创新;(2)教师支部党员发展工作相对缓慢。鉴于此,提出高校基层教师党支部建设发展的主要途径:(1)科学设置支部班子,选配学科带头人担任基层教师党支部书记,充分发挥党支部在教学、科研等工作中的作用,增强党支部吸引力,提升支部工作水平和整体实力;(2)加强制度建设,完善激励机制,优化工作环境,明确支部工作目标,增强党建工作实效。
Teachers are the core force for accomplishing the central tasks of discipline construction and talent training in colleges and universities.The party branch of grass-roots teachers is the frontline battle bastion of the party in colleges and universities.At present,the main problems in the development and construction of party branches of grassroots teachers in universities are:(1)The leadership lacked innovation and energy;(2)Party member developed slowly for teacher's party branch.In view of this,this study purposed that the main evolutionary path for construction and development of grassroots teacher's party branch included that:(1)Academic leader should be nominated as secretary of teacher's party branch,so as to employ function of the party branch in teaching and research,heighten attraction and strength of party branch,and promote overall standard of party branch;(2)Party committee at colleges and university should strengthen institutional construct,complete incentive mechanism,optimize work environment and set clear objects for each teacher's party branch,so as to enhance actual effect of party construction.
