摘要
高水电开机比例和大功率送电方式下的云南电网仅通过直流与主网异步互联,外部阻尼的降低和水轮机组水锤效应在低频段提供的负阻尼作用,易产生系统的超低频振荡问题。水轮机的“水锤效应时间常数”直接影响了机组的调速器参数整定,以及机组的整体调频性能。本文系统研究了“水锤效应时间常数”对机组动态调频性能的影响,并以溪洛渡右岸电厂为例详细介绍了“水锤效应时间常数”现场实测的主要方法。
Under the condition of high hydro-power ratio and high power transmission mode,Yunnan power grid only connects with the main network asynchronously through dc,and the reduction of external damping and the negative damping e ect of water hammer e ect of water turbine set in the low frequency band,which is easy to produce ultra-low frequency oscillation of the system.The“water hammer e ect time constant”of turbine directly a ects the governor parameter setting of the unit and the overall frequency modulation performance of the unit.This paper systematically studies the influence of“water hammer effect time constant”on the dynamic frequency modulation performance of the unit,and takes xiluodu right bank power plant as an example to introduce in detail the main eld measurement methods of“water hammer e ect time constant”.
