摘要
基于2000—2015年我国30省(市、自治区)的旅游产业发展数据,运用非参数DEA-Malmquist模型测算中国省际旅游产业综合技术效率、全要素生产率,分析中国旅游产业效率特征、全要素生产率时空变化特征以及各地区旅游产业效率演进模式。研究结果表明:我国旅游产业综合技术效率均值为0.562,旅游产业经营没有处在有效生产前沿面上;旅游产业全要素生产率年均增长4.2%,技术进步是旅游产业全要素生产率增长的主要驱动力;综合技术效率和全要素生产率均存在显著的时空差异性,但收敛趋势明显。依据综合技术效率大小和全要素生产率变动特征可将30省划分为4种类型,按照各地在四分位图中对应点的运动规律将其旅游产业效率演进模式归结为往复式、渐进式和突变式三种。各地可据此采取相宜对策以不断提高旅游产业效率,如增强旅游产业技术创新能力、引导旅游产业投资结构和投资方向的转变等。
Based on the data of China’s tourism industry development of China’s 30 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)from 2000 to 2015,the non-parametric DEA-Malmquist model was used to calculate the comprehensive technical efficiency and total factor productivity of China’s inter-provincial tourism industry,and analyze the efficiency characteristics of China’s tourism industry,the spatial-temporal variation characteristics of total factor productivity and the efficiency evolution pattern of tourism industry in various regions.The results show that the average comprehensive technical efficiency of China’s tourism industry is 0.562,and the tourism industry is not at the forefront of effective production;the total factor productivity of tourism industry grows by 4.2%annually,and technological progress is the main driving force of the growth of total factor productivity of tourism industry;and there are significant temporal and spatial differences between comprehensive technical efficiency and total factor productivity,but the trend of convergence is obvious.According to the comprehensive technical efficiency and the variation characteristics of total factor productivity,the 30 provinces can be divided into four categories,and according to the movement rules of the corresponding points in the quartile map,the evolution patterns of tourism industry efficiency can be classified into reciprocating,progressive and abrupt.Therefore,local governments can take appropriate measures to continuously improve the efficiency of tourism industry,such as enhancing the technological innovation ability of tourism industry,guiding the transformation of investment structure and direction of tourism industry.
