摘要
就国家药物性肝损伤专业网数据库收录的川楝子、何首乌、黄药子、苍耳子、艾叶等药物发生肝损伤及配伍减毒机制进行探讨,旨在阐明中药肝毒性及配伍减毒的作用机理,对临床配伍用药提供指导。
The mechanism of compatibility,attenuation and liver injury caused by Chuanlianzi,Heshouwu,Huangyaozi,Cangerzi,Aiye and others collected from national database of drug-induced liver injury were discussed in order to elucidate the mechanism of herbal hepatotoxicity,compatibility and attenuation,and provide the guidance for clinical compatibility and administration.
