摘要
快速凝固技术作为一种新型合金制备技术,可以获得更细小的组织结构、更均匀地分布或形成具有非晶结构的新材料。介绍了快速凝固过程中固溶度扩展、偏析减小、亚稳相形成和组织细化等几个方面的组织和结构特征。综述了快速凝固技术的原理和方法及其在开发新材料及改进工艺方面的用途。指出了理论研究的主要问题。
The more tiny organizational structure,the more uniform distribution and the formation of new materials with amorphous structure can be achieved by rapid solidification as a new type of alloy preparation technology.Several aspects of the organization and structure features such as the extension of solid solubility,the decreases of segregation,the formation of metastable phase and the refinement of microstructure were introduced.The principle and methods of rapid solidification technology and its application of developing new materials and improving process was summarized.The main problems of the research were pointed out.
