摘要
为了提高划痕、麻点等镜片疵病的检测效率,设计了一款用于镜片疵病在线检测的双路双远心光学系统,针对不同口径的镜片可以选择相应倍率以达到不同的检测精度。系统具有宽景深的特点,物方线视场为10~40 mm,具有0.5和0.25两种放大倍率。在检测时只需要根据疵病检测精度需求,选择不同倍率的光学组件,无需在检测中更换镜头。经过选择初始结构、优化、公差分析等过程完成了整个系统的设计工作,最终两种倍率下MTF均贴近衍射极限;各视场畸变均小于0.5%;远心度均小于1°。对于10~20 mm,20~40 mm直径范围的镜片,检测精度分别可以达到0.02 mm,0.04 mm,满足镜片疵病检测的要求。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of lens defects such as scratches and pitting,a double-channel&telecentric optical system for on-line detection of lens defects is designed.For lenses with different diameters,the corresponding magnification can be selected to achieve different detection accuracy.The system has the characteristics of wide depth of field,10~40 mm field of view on the object square,and the magnification of 0.5Xand 0.25X.In the de-tection,it is only need to select optical components of different magnification according to the accuracy requirements of the detection of defects,without having to change the lens during the detection.The design of the whole system was completed through the process of selecting the initial structure,optimization and tolerance analysis;and finally MTF was close to the diffraction limit at two multiples.The distortion of each field of view was less than 0.5%.Telecentric degrees were less than 1°.For lenses with diameters ranging from 10~20 mm to 20~40 mm,the detection accuracy can reach 0.02 mm and 0.04 mm respectively,meeting the requirements for detection of lens defects.
