摘要
近年来研究生报考数量急剧增加,这与我国社会经济的发展和研究生教育的逐步成熟和完善有关,因此,也对研究生职业能力培养提出了更高的要求。本文提出了研究生职业发展能力培养的优化模式,并对存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。
In recent years, the number of postgraduate candidates has increased dramatically, which is related to the development of social economy and the gradual maturity and perfection of postgraduate education in China.Therefore, it also puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of postgraduate vocational ability. This paper puts forward an optimum model for the cultivation of graduate students’vocational development ability, and analyses and discusses the existing problems.
