摘要
分娩疼痛是产妇必须要经历的最痛苦的过程,分娩镇痛能够有效降低分娩疼痛对产妇及胎儿造成的不良影响,因此开展分娩镇痛是十分必要的。目前临床上分娩镇痛的方法很多,总体上分为非药物性和药物性两种镇痛方法。本文就分娩镇痛的临床应用进展作一论述。
Labor pain is the most painful process that puerperahave to experience.Labor analgesia can effectively reduce the adverse effects on the maternal and fetal caused by labor pain,so carrying out labor analgesia is very necessary.Currently,there are many ways of labor analgesia in clinical practice,which are generally divided into non-drug analgesia and drug analgesia.This article will review the progress of clinical application of labor analgesia.
