摘要
目的探讨高频超声检查在颈部异常淋巴结中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年12月在深圳市第三人民医院行高频超声检查并获得病理学检查结果的138例疑似颈部异常淋巴结体检者的诊断学资料与临床资料,将高频超声检查结果与病理学检查结果对照,分析异常淋巴结的超声声像图特征。结果高频超声检查对颈部异常淋巴结的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确度分别为93.80%、80.00%、95.49%、74.07%、91.30%。不同病理学类型的异常淋巴结有不同的超声声像图特征。结论高频超声检查对诊断颈部异常淋巴结具有指导意义。
Objective To explore diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography in abnormal cervical lymph nodes. Methods The diagnostic data and clinical data of 138 patients with suspected abnormal cervical lymph nodes who underwent high frequency ultrasonography and obtained pathological examination results in the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The results of high frequency ultrasonography and pathological examination were compared to analyze ultrasonographic features of abnormal lymph nodes. Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of high frequency ultrasonography to abnormal cervical lymph nodes were 93.80%,80.00%,95.49%,74.07% and 91.30%,respectively.Different pathological types of abnormal lymph nodes had different characteristics of ultrasonography. Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography is instructive in the diagnosis of abnormal cervical lymph nodes.
