摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对高血压患者血压控制和生活质量的积极作用和影响。方法选择2015年6月~2016年6月我院就诊的高血压患者80例为研究对象,所有患者抽取的时间均在期间,将其中实施常规护理的40例患者设为对照组,另外40例给予延续性护理的设为观察组,比较两组护理干预效果。结果观察组患者的血压控制水平,在干预后SBP和DBP均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评估水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对于高血压患者实施积极延续性护理干预,能显著提升患者血压控制水平,维持稳定,并且能提高患者整体生活质量,有效降低不良事件的发生率,提高患者整体的自我护理能力和水平,具有积极的推广意义。
Objective To explore the positive effect and influence of continuous nursing on blood pressure control and quality of life of patients with hypertension. Methods 80 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects.40 patients who were given routine nursing were set as the control group,and 40 patients who were given continuous nursing were set as the observation group.The effect of nursing intervention was compared between two groups. Results In terms of blood pressure control level,the SBP and DBP after intervention of the observation group were both significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The quality of life assessment level of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The active implementation of continuous nursing intervention for hypertension patients can significantly improve the level of blood pressure control,maintain stability,improve the overall quality of life of patients,effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the overall self-care ability and level of patients.It has positive significance in promotion.
