石墨烯改性水性聚偏二氯乙烯防腐涂料的研制 被引量:2

摘要 先用乳液聚合法制备出偏二氯乙烯(VDC)共聚乳液,探讨了VDC单体的用量对涂膜性能的影响,从而确定最佳配比;以添加改性石墨烯(fGO)的聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)胶乳为防腐涂料,通过盐雾试验、紫外光老化试验等对涂层的防腐性能进行测试。结果表明,当VDC用量为单体总量85%时,共聚乳液涂膜的韧性和附着力最佳,fGO添加至PVDC胶乳中能明显提高涂层的耐腐蚀性能,fGO的最佳添加量为1.5%,与未添加fGO的涂层相比,涂层的耐盐雾时间延长了54.2%,耐紫外光老化时间延长了48.4%,耐人造海水、耐10%NaOH和耐10%H2SO4时间分别延长了41.9%、47.4%和34.8%。石墨烯改性水性聚偏二氯乙烯涂料具有优异的抗腐蚀性能,在防腐涂料领域中具有广阔的应用前景。 Vinylidene chloride-acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method.An anticorrosive coating was prepared by using a polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC)latex with modified graphene(fGO).Effects of the content of vinylidene chloride and fGO were studied.The corrosion resistance was characterized by salt spray test,ultraviolet aging test,etc.The results show that the toughness and adhesion of the film are the best when the content of VDC is 85% of the total monomer.The optimum addition amount of fGO is 1.5%.Compared with the coating without fGO,the salt spray time and UV aging time of coating was increased by 54.2% and 48.4%,the time of resistant to artificial seawater,10% NaOH and 10%H2SO4 was increased by 41.9%,47.4% and 34.8%.The graphene modified waterborne PVDC coating has excellent corrosion resistance and has broad application prospects in the field of anticorrosive coating.
