摘要
通过典型案例,从中医病因病机、辨证论治、临证体会3方面入手探讨金明秀教授利湿法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的经验,指出痛风性关节炎急性期患者肝脾肾功能失调、湿热毒互结,运用利湿活血法辨证施治疗效显著。
Professor Jin Mingxiu′s experience of treating acute gouty arthritis by dampness-removing method was discussed from TCM cause and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,clinical experience via typical cases,it was pointed out that acute gouty arthritis was caused by functional disorder of liver,spleen and kidney,mutual intermingled of dampness,heat and toxin,dampness-removing method,syndrome differentiation and treatment were effective in the treatment for acute gouty arthritis.
