摘要
氟化石墨烯作为石墨烯的新型衍生物,具有许多独特的物理和化学性质,在很多领域中具有非常好的应用前景。然而到目前为止氟化石墨烯的制备方法还不成熟,对氟化石墨烯的制备方法近年来研究进展进行综述,介绍了氟化石墨烯的主要制备方法,包括对氟化石墨的剥离等物理法,和石墨烯直接氟化、剥离石墨氟化、氧化石墨烯氟化等化学法,分析了其特点;同时对将来对氟化石墨烯的制备方法及其应用的研究进行了展望。
As a new derivative of graphene,fluorinated graphene has many unique physical and chemical properties,which has good application prospect in many fields.However,the preparation methods of fluorinated graphene are still not mature up to now.The recent research progress on the preparation methods of fluorinated graphene was reviewed.The main preparation methods of fluorinated grapheme were introduced and the characteristics were analyzed,including the physical methods such as exfoliation of fluorinated graphite and chemical methods such as direct fluorination of graphene,fluorination of exfoliated graphite and fluorination of graphene oxide.At last,the future research on the preparation and application of fluorinated graphene was prospected.
