摘要
目的探讨综合护理对大脑胶质瘤术后持续腰大池引流患者的护理效果及对其并发症的预防效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的80例大脑胶质瘤术后患者为研究对象,按照双盲法分为研究组与对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组运用综合护理干预,分析比较两组患者的并发症、护理满意度、生活质量以及引流时间。结果研究组患者经综合护理干预后,并发症发生率较对照组低,引流持续时间短于对照组,生活质量各指标评分及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可降低大脑胶质瘤术后持续腰大池引流患者的引流时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients with continuous lumbar cisternal drainage after operation of brain glioma and the prevention of its complications. Methods Selection 80 cases of patients with brain glioma surgery from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital as the research object,according to the double blind method is divided into research group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was use routine nursing and the research group was use comprehensive nursing intervention,the two groups of patients with complications,nursing satisfaction,quality of life,and the drainage time were compared. Results After the comprehensive nursing intervention,the complication rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group,the duration of drainage was shorter than that of the control group,the score of quality of life indicators and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the duration of continuous lumbar cisternal drainage,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction after brain glioma operation.
