摘要
作为国内首条跨海地铁隧道,青岛地铁1号线建设进展备受各方关注,过海地铁区间全长约8.1 km,其中海域段长度约3.5 km,如何保证长距离跨海地铁隧道精确贯通,是建设过程中的关键工作,本项目通过GNSS静态测量、精密导线观测、高等级跨海水准联测等手段建立了高精度的空间基准,在土建施工过程中采用双导线布设方式进行地下导线测量,并采用高精度陀螺仪进行真北定向,对导线测量结果进行有效检核,最终过海隧道贯通测量精度为:横向贯通精度5 mm,高程贯通精度9 mm,高精度的贯通验证了测量工作的精准度,为其他长距离地铁隧道精确贯通提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
As the first cross-sea subway tunnel in China,the construction progress of Qingdao Metro Line 1 has attracted much attention. The length of the cross-sea subway section is about 8.1 kilometers,of which the length of the sea section is about 3.5 kilometers. How to ensure the accurate passage of long distance cross-sea subway tunnel is an important key work in the construction process. This project has established the high-precision spatial datum by means of GNSS static survey,precision wire observation,high grade cross-sea leveling and so on. In the course of civil construction,the method of laying double conductors is used to measure underground conductors,and the high precision gyroscope is used to conduct true north orientation,and the results of traverse survey are checked effectively. The final measurement accuracy of transversal tunnel is 5 mm in transverse and 9 mm in height. The accuracy of measurement is verified by high precision,which provides valuable experience for other long distance subway tunnel.
