一种高强低密度水泥浆体系研发及应用——以延安气田延SS井区为例 被引量:3

摘要 为提高延安气田延SS井区上部井段固井封固质量,通过优化外掺料组合、优选外加剂,研发性能优越的低密度水泥浆。研究表明,漂珠、微硅的外掺料组合可以提高低密度水泥浆浆体的稳定性,42%漂珠、10%微硅是低密度水泥浆最优化加量;分散剂YCP-76改善流变性能显著,优选的降失水剂FLA-2(低于90℃)、FLAS-8(高于90℃)可在其适用温度范围内发挥较好的防失水效能,优选的早强剂可提高低密水泥浆强度47%以上,优选的缓凝剂无明显温度敏感点、加量易于设计。研究结果表明,研发的低密度水泥浆失水低、稳定性好、稠化过渡时间短,48 h强度可达11 MPa以上,现场应用井低密度封固段固井质量优良率达75%以上,能够满足延安气田对低密水泥浆的技术需求。 In order to improve the cementing and sealing quality of the upper wellbore section of the natural gas well in Yan'an gas field SS area,a low-density cement slurry with superior performance was developed by optimizing the combination of admixtures and selecting admixtures.The results show that the admixture of bleaching beads and micro-silicon can improve the stability of low density slurry,42%drift beads and 10%micro-silicon are the optimum additions of low density cement slurry;Dispersant YCP-76 can improve the rheological property significantly,The optimized water loss reducer FLA-2(below 90 C)and FLAS-8(above 90 C)can play a good role in water loss prevention within their applicable temperature range.The optimized early strength agent can increase the strength of low density cement slurry by more than 47%,and the optimized retarder has no obvious temperature sensitive point and is easy to design.The research results show that the developed low-density cement slurry has low water loss,good stability,short thickening transition time,and up to over 11MPa strength for 48 hours,which can meet the technical requirements of low-density cement slurry for Yan'an gas field.In the field application well cementing quality good rate reaches above 75%,the application effect is remarkable.
