摘要 正电子发射计算机断层显像/计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)技术近年来已成为前列腺癌患者诊断的有效方法。^18F-氟化钠(^18F-NaF)、^11C胆碱、^18F胆碱、^18F-氟环丁烷羧酸(^18F-FACBC)是应用最为广泛的PET/CT显像剂,可以有效对患者进行检测和疾病分期。^18F-NaF PET/CT对骨转移瘤的检测有较高的灵敏度,但特异度较低。目前应用最为广泛的胆碱PET/CT特异性高、灵敏度较低,但在检测复发患者的转移性病变时,诊断效果较常规影像方法有显著提高。^18F-FACBC是新型PET/CT显像剂,在前列腺癌的原发和复发期都有广阔的应用前景。PET/CT是对前列腺癌进行原发诊断分期、复发监测以及再分期的有效手段,但对于临床治疗决策的影响仍需要较大队列研究结果的证实。 In recent years,positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)has become an effective method for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Several radiolabelled tracers,including ^18 F-NaF,^11C choline,^18F choline,^18F-FACBC,have demonstrated efficacy for cancer detection in various clinical settings.^18F-NaF PET/CT has a high sensitivity to detect bone metastases,but at a low specificity.Choline based PET/CT has become the most widely used detection method,however,when detecting metastatic lesions in relapsed patients,the diagnostic effect is significantly improved compared with conventional imaging methods.^18F-FACBC is a new type of PET/CT imaging tracer,which has broad application prospects in the primary and recurrent prostate cancer.PET/CT is an effective method for primary diagnosis,staging,recurrence monitoring and re-staging of prostate cancer,although its impact on clinical treatment decisions still needs to be confirmed by larger cohort studies.
