摘要
改革的方向、立场和原则,要坚定四个自信,深化对改革规律的认识,处理好改革蓝图设计与改革实践探索、深化改革与促进发展和确保稳定三者之间的关系,坚持四项基本原则和以人民为中心的立场,把握改革开放评价标准,扎实推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,谱写中国特色社会主义新篇章。
This paper discusses the direction,position and principle of reform,puts forward that we should strengthen four self-confidences,deepen the understanding on the law of reform,deal with the relationship between the blueprint design and practice exploration,in between deepening reform,promoting development,and ensuring stability;meanwhile,we should adhere to the four basic principles and the people-centered position,grasp the evaluation standard of reform and opening up,and solidly promote the modernization of governance system and governance capacity in our country,and write a new chapter for socialism with Chinese characteristics.
