摘要
大容量万能式断路器的研制为降低设计上的不足带来的风险,往往需在开模具前先用其他办法做样机,待试验验证主要短路性能后,再按需要制作正式模具。采用一种全新的断路器基座阶梯形拼接结构工艺,来制作上述样机,不仅可以基本不影响样机宽度尺寸,而且可以满足性能要求。
In order to reduce the risks which result from insufficient design,the development of a large-capacity air circuit breaker often needs to make some prototype in another method before opening a mold,and then to make a formal mold according to the need when the main short-circuit performance is verified.This paper adopted a new structure technology of breaker’s base step joining to make the above prototype,which doesn’t affect the width size,but also meets the performance requirement.
