摘要
温度变化是曲线箱梁产生病害的主要原因之一,为了研究中部地区曲线箱梁桥在温度作用下的真实变形情况,以河南省内典型桥梁为例,建立了曲线桥爬移长期监测系统;通过对多个温度周期内的变形监测数据的分析,获得曲线箱梁桥温度作用下的长期变形特征;结果表明,当曲线桥各部件工作正常时,桥梁的横、纵、竖三向位移均具有良好的可恢复性,其中最大横向位移量为1.80 mm,最大纵向位移量12.98 mm;同时,曲线桥的三向位移与环境温度具有强相关性,相关系数在0.9以上,但横、纵向位移相对于温度表现出明显的滞后性,河南地区滞后时间约5~7 h。
Temperature effect is one of the most important reasons for defects of concrete curved box-girder.In order to study the temperature effect of curved bridge in Henan,taking a curved box girder bridge as an engineering object,a cloud-based bridge monitoring platform was developed,and a long-term monitoring system of lateral displacement of curved box-girder bridge is established.By analyzing the monitoring data in a temperature cycle,it is indicated that the transversal,longitudinal and vertical displacements all have good recoverability.The maximum values of transversal and longitudinal displacements are 1.80 mm and 12.98 mm,respectively.Meanwhile,all the monitored displacements in three directions have strong correlation with temperature,with correlation coefficients of more than 0.9.However,the transverse and longitudinal displacements show obvious hysteresis with respect to temperature,and the hysteresis time range is about 5~7 h.
