The Application of Energy-conservation and Emission Reduction Technologies on the Core Injection, Exploration, and Transportation Equipment in Aged Oilfields

摘要 针对老油田存在的生产规模与地面工艺不匹配、设施高耗低效等能效瓶颈问题,以科技引领管理创新,围绕机采、注水、集输等油田主要地面配套工艺系统核心设备,创新应用永磁复合电机直驱抽油机、永磁调速、大排量对置式柱塞泵、计量站真空相变加热炉等节能减排新技术,有效提高了能源利用效率,减少了温室气体排放。 Giving the situations such as mismatch between the production scale and the ground technology,and the high energy consumption low efficiency of the facilities during the middle-late period of oilfield developments,technology is utilized to lead the management innovation.In this paper,a series of new energy conservation and emission reduction technologies,such as permanent magnet compound driven pumping unit,speed-adjustable permanent magnet,opposed plunger pump,vacuum phase-change heating furnace in the metering station,were applied in the core equipment of ground supporting process system covering exploitation,water injection,gathering and transportation processes.As a result,the energy efficiency was significantly promoted,and the greenhouse gas emission was also reduced.
