激趣 引智:优秀教师教学主张创生的培训创新 被引量:3

摘要 教学主张的创生是教师从经验性实践走向研究性实践的必由之路,也是教师成长为专家型教师的显著标识,这个过程既需要专门化的主张研究,又需要社会性认知资源的时时在场。实践中我们探索了"互联网+教师培训"的行动模式,以课例研究为载体,促使教师积极进行自我教学主张的理论研究和实践研究,通过群建共享关键性事件的方式帮助教师培养自我更新能力。
