摘要 调研了焦炉上升管中荒煤气余热利用的不同方法,与目前的换热式焦炉上升管作比较分析,单一的换热技术尚存在结焦堵塞和运行稳定性欠佳的问题。为评估换热效率,需对荒煤气的组分、温度和流量进行测量,但因荒煤气成分较为复杂,其通过上升管的温度和流量较难测量。通过分析荒煤气的组分和上升管的传热,提供了相应的气体温度和流量测量方案。对于换热型焦炉上升管的工程推广,研发的新型焦炉上升管余热回收装置在国内焦化行业进行了工程示范,从生产数据和使用情况来看,运行较为稳定,年均吨焦产汽量为95kg/t,余热回收效率可达28.5%。 The paper investigated different methods of waste heat utilization of waste gas in coke oven riser,compared and analyzed the current riser of heat exchanger coke oven,and found that there are still problems of coking blockage and poor operation stability in a single heat exchange technology.In order to evaluate the heat transfer efficiency,it is necessary to measure the composition,temperature and flow rate of raw gas,but it is difficult to measure the temperature and flow rate of raw gas through riser because of its complex composition.By analyzing the components of raw gas and the heat transfer of riser,the paper provided the corresponding gas temperature and flow measurement scheme.For the promotion of heat exchange coke oven riser,a new coke oven riser waste heat recovery device developed by the company was demonstrated in Chinese coking plant.From the production data and use situation,the operation was relatively stable,the annual average coke steam output was 95kg/t,the waste heat recovery efficiency could reach 28.5%.
