Preparation and Application of Functional Acrylic Resin

摘要 将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚,制备了含环氧官能团丙烯酸树脂(EAR),并将其作为扩链剂与尼龙6在双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混。通过对特性黏度、力学性能、流变行为的测试,研究了EAR质量分数对尼龙6的影响。结果表明:熔融共混后的尼龙6的特性黏度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和平衡扭矩在EAR质量分数为2%时分别达最大值1.66 dL/g、66.54 MPa、519.21%、5.00 N·m,较纯尼龙6分别提高了14%、57%、50%和56%;熔融指数达最小值7.60 g(每10 min),降低了50%;弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量在EAR质量分数为1.5%时达最大值43.13 MPa、810.47 MPa,分别提高了11.10%和13.63%。 An epoxy group-containing acrylic resin(EAR)was prepared by copolymerizing styrene,butyl acrylate and glycidyl methacrylate.EAR was then used as a chain extender and melt-compounded with polyamide 6 using a twin screw extruder.The tests of the intrinsic viscosity,mechanical properties and rheological behavior were carried out to study the effects of the EAR mass fraction on properties of polyamide 6.The results show that the intrinsic viscosity,tensile strength,elongation at break and balance torque of melt-compounded polyamide 6 reach the maximum of 1.66 dL/g,66.54 MPa,519.21%,5.00 N·m when the EAR is added with the mass fraction of 2%,increasing by 14%,57%,50%and 56%compared with those of the pure polyamide 6 respectively.Moreover,the melt index reaches a minimum of 7.60 g per 10 min,decreasing by 50%.When the EAR mass fraction is 1.5%,the bending strength and flexural modulus reach the maximum of 43.13 MPa,810.47 MPa,increasing by 11.10%and 13.63%compared with those of the pure polyamide 6 respectively.
