基于双边函数全局运动模型的海冰漂移监测方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对海冰漂移运动高精度监测需求,文章采用双边函数全局运动模型(BFGMM)方法,应用哨兵1号(Sentinel-1)雷达影像,对北极区域波弗特海域海冰漂移运动进行了分析。双边函数全局运动模型采用分段光滑函数进行全局性约束,通过模型拟合、函数平滑约束、匹配集扩展等过程,以最小化全局代价函数进行计算,从而实现海冰漂移图像的精确配准。试验结果表明:针对海冰漂移雷达影像特征点匹配精度在98%以上,同时能够实现大量的特征点的准确配准,算法精度较尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)方法显著提高。最后进行了波弗特海域局部区域海冰漂移运动监测,并分析了漂移速度矢量场的空间分布。 In order to improve the monitoring accuracy of the sea ice drift,the Bilateral Functions for Global Motion Modeling(BFGMM)method is utilized to detect the sea ice drift of the Beaufort sea based on the Sentinel-1 data.According to the Bilateral Functions for Global Motion Modeling,it applies the bilateral domain to reformulate a piecewise smooth constraint as continuous global modeling constraint,and the bilateral model is adopted to remove outliers from the feature correspondences and expand the existing matching set.Also the resultant model can be robustly computed from highly noise scattered feature points by using a global minimization.The experimental results showed that the BFGMM method is more capable than SIFT method.There hundreds of feature points are matched,and the match accuracies exceed 98%in the detection of Beaufort sea ice drift based on the test Sentinel-1 data.Finally,by means of the BFGMM method,the spatial of the vector field of sea ice drift is evaluated in the local region of Beaufort sea.
