摘要
近年来,火灾、洪涝、地震、滑坡/泥石流成为社会发展面临的四类主要灾害。利用遥感卫星进行风险预警、火情监测、灾后评估发挥了很大作用。文章对森林火灾特点、火灾发生过程进行了深入分析,总结了在轨的几个典型遥感卫星系统应用情况,针对红外通道灵敏度较低、分辨率与幅宽设计矛盾、数据更新速率较慢等问题,围绕火灾监测能力提升,对未来发展提出了合理配置谱段、多星协同互补等建议,可以为卫星体系、系统、载荷设计人员提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years,wildfires,floods,earthquakes,landslides/debris flows have become the four major types of disasters threatening social development.The use of remote sensing satellites for risk warning,wildfire monitoring,and post-disaster assessment has played a major role.Based on the characteristics of forest wildfires,the paper analyzed the fire occurrence process in detail and summarizes the applications and the gaps of several typical remote sensing satellite systems in orbit.Focusing on problems in the application of satellite data,such as low sensitivity of infrared channel,contradiction between resolution and width design,and slow data updating speed.In order to improve fire monitoring capabilities,the paper provides suggestions and directions,including spectrum configuration,multi-satellite co-working etc,which can provide reference for the designers of satellite systems and payloads.
